Landing Surfaces & Safety Cushions

The ideal aid to instill confidence. Constructed with premium foams, the mats are highly absorbent and stable. Mats/surfaces are usually completely covered with vinyl, having a 4" panel of breather mesh around the perimeter. The mat/surface can be manufactured with a top made only with breather mesh, thus making it reversible and spike-proof. Our landing mats and surfaces are double-stitched and come with reinforced carrying handles.

LANDING MATS

These can be made with polyurethane foam only or combined with cross-link to provide a firm surface for optimum footing. Mats are made with press fastener on the ends to allow surfaces to be joined.

SAFETY CUSHIONS

Generally constructed with 44 ILD foam, these mats provide maximum landing protection. 8", 10" & 12" deep cushions are solid block foam. All others are honeycomb. At your request, we will use other foam densities to custom tailor your cushions.

HIGH JUMP PITS

Our foam padded high jump pits are made with interchangeable modules and are constructed with layered block and honeycomb foam.The top of each module is covered in mesh to allow for effective air expulsion. Each section has conveniently placed handles and all seams are double-stitched and reinforced. A "skirted" 2" top pad, completely covered in mesh, fits snugly over the surface, thus holding the modules together.

POLE VAULT PITS

Our foam padded pole vault pits are made with interchangeable modules and are constructed with layered block and honeycomb foam and a solid block front "U" section. The top of each module is mesh-covered to allow for effective air expulsion. Each section has handles on all four sides and all seams are double-stitched and reinforced. Sections are held together with buckles and straps. A 2" top pad, completely covered in mesh, is strapped to the top of the complete unit.
